            I'm receiving a message that my account is inactive even though it has been activated.

            It's possible that you may receive a message mentioning that your account is not activated. If your account has been activated, it's possible that the sign in information that you entered (first and last name/email and password) is not what is registered in your profile.

            If you are a teacher or a parent, you can reset your password.

            If you are a student, your teacher can reset it for you.
