What are the differences between a school account and a family account?
A family account gives you access to the same Buzzmath content that you would find in a school account. We currently offer content for grades 1 to 8, aligned to TEKS and Common Core State standards.
Besides a centralized login under the parent account for the whole family, the two types of accounts differ mainly in the reporting options. The family account will not have all the tools a teacher usually needs to track his student's learning. On the other hand, it is still possible for a parent to follow the progress of his children.
In the parent's account, we can see completed activities by the registered children by going to the Report menu on the main page. It is also possible to access the Detailed Report of a completed activity by selecting the icon to the right of each activity entry:
This report allows you to see the completed pages in an activity and to determine a threshold for the number of attempts in an activity to assess the effort or difficulty encountered.

Please note that it is not possible for a parent to send activities to their children through the platform.
